Job summary

Congruex is seeking a Lineman to construct, repair, and maintain aerial and underground telecom infrastructure while ensuring safety, efficiency, and to quality standards. You will perform line construction, maintenance, and emergency restoration activities while supporting daily field operations. Your customers are Congruex project teams and utility clients.

The role requires CDL, DOT Medical Card, and a commitment to safe work practices. Travel may be 10-15% across projects nationwide.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• CDL certification required.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• Experience in aerial and underground telecom line construction or utility work.
• Ability to operate construction equipment and work in field environments.

Responsibilities

• Construct, repair, and maintain aerial and underground telecommunications infrastructure.
• Read and interpret work orders, drawings, specifications, and prints.
• Operate construction equipment including aerial lifts and hydraulic tools.
• Complete emergency restoration and maintenance activities with safety and quality in mind.
• Maintain daily production reports and project records.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulatory standards.
• Additional duties within the scope as needed.
