Job summary

Congruex is seeking Lineman I-III to build and maintain aerial and underground telecommunications infrastructure. You will perform line construction, maintenance, emergency restoration, and system upgrades to meet engineering specs and customer requirements.

Travel 25-50% to support Congruex construction teams, project managers, utility partners, and clients. CDL, DOT Medical Card, First Aid, Flagger, and OSHA 10 certifications are required or preferred; pre-employment checks will apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
• Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and DOT Medical Card.
• First Aid Certification and Flagger Certification.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain aerial and underground telecommunications systems.
• Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and specifications.
• Perform construction activities including digging, poles, anchors, and cable installation.
• Operate construction equipment and perform testing and inspections.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure safety of staff and public.
