Job summary

Congruex is seeking a Lineman to construct, repair, and maintain aerial and underground telecom infrastructure in Augusta, GA, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality. You will support daily field operations for project teams and utility clients, delivering reliable service with strong craftsmanship.

The position requires experience in line construction, ability to read drawings, and competence with construction equipment. A valid CDL, DOT medical card, and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
• DOT Medical Card required.

Responsibilities

• Construct, repair, and maintain aerial and underground telecommunications infrastructure.
• Read and interpret work orders, engineering drawings, specifications, and construction prints.
• Operate construction equipment including aerial lifts, hydraulic equipment, compressors, pumps, and related tools.
• Complete emergency restoration, maintenance, outage response, and system rebuild activities while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Complete daily production reports, As-Built documentation, and maintain accurate project records.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies, OSHA requirements, and all applicable customer and regulatory standards.
