Job summary

Congruex is hiring Lineman I-III to build and maintain telecommunications systems, including aerial and underground facilities. You will read work orders, follow engineering drawings, and perform pole climbing, cable laying, and equipment installation.

Applicants should have a valid driver's license, CDL/related certifications, and safety training. This is an hourly, non-exempt position with potential for growth and field deployment at remote locations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of approved practices, procedures, tools and materials used in telecom line construction.
• Ability to read work orders, specifications and diagrams.
• Licensure and safety certifications may be required for site work.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain aerial and underground telecom systems.
• Read and follow work orders and drawings to determine tasks.
• Perform pole work, cable pulling, and equipment installation.
