Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor service, safety, cost and quality metrics daily.
• Coordinate load plan changes and update Vision/VRP systems.
• Investigate customer service issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Escalate unresolved issues to management.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance records to DOT standards.
• Enter dispatch events accurately for timely delivery.
• Assist in driver training classes as needed.
