Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Line Prep Cook to support daily kitchen operations, preparing a variety of items per standard recipes while maintaining safety and cleanliness in a busy club kitchen.

The role requires two years of kitchen experience and a food safety certification, with the ability to coordinate with the Sous Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure timely, quality prep for service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two-year culinary school completed preferred.
• Minimum of two years kitchen prep/cooking experience.

Responsibilities

• Take inventory for station setup and determine items to prepare.
• Prepare items according to standard recipes.
• Coordinate and time orders with other kitchen operations.
• Requisition items needed to produce menu items.
• Notify Sous Chef of shortages.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Set up, maintain, and break down prep station.
• Close kitchen using closing checklist.
• Attend kitchen staff meetings and propose improvements.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by Sous Chef.
