Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking cooks to prepare and finish menu items in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You will follow recipes, maintain safety and quality, and support teammates to deliver excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Entry-level with min 1 year cooking experience.
• Ability to read safety rules and procedures.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, cool, re-heat, and store menu items per recipes and standards.
• Receive deliveries and organize according to procedures.
• Maintain clean work stations and equipment after prep.
• Assist other cooks and servers to ensure timely service.
• Monitor food safety and comply with health regulations.
• Help manage inventory and minimize food costs.
• Follow California Health & Safety Code and company policies.
