Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a kitchen team member to prepare food to order, maintain sanitation, and support fast-paced operations. You will ensure quality, handle allergy requests, and collaborate with BOH/FOH teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The role emphasizes adherence to recipes, FIFO storage, temperature control, and safe equipment operation while contributing to a positive dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items to order following established recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation and storage areas.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
• Monitor food quality and discard items that do not meet standards.
• Assist with opening, mid-shift, and closing duties as assigned.
• Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with guests when needed.
