Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks a kitchen team member to prepare items to order, follow recipes, and maintain high standards of quality and speed. You will ensure safety, sanitation, and proper stock levels while supporting a busy service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include adhering to FIFO, proper labeling, and working closely with BOH/FOH teammates to deliver accurate orders and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Follows recipes, portioning, and presentation standards with precision.
• Knowledge of proper food handling, labeling, rotation (FIFO), and temperature control.
• Able to stand and work for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items to order following established recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards; stock workstation.
• Safely operate kitchen equipment per safety guidelines and OSHA regulations.
• Assist with opening, mid-shift, and closing duties; perform daily prep tasks.
• Interact with guests to ensure order accuracy and satisfaction; accommodate allergy requests.
