TreeHouse Foods in Wayland, MI is hiring a Douglas Operator for the 1st shift to run the Retail Line #2 case wrapper, the priority one de-palletizer, and the Columbia palletizer. You will support the Production team and help with size changeovers.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, ability to follow processes, maintain production records, and a valid sit-down forklift license. You will keep the work area clean and comply with GMP, HACCP, SOPs, and safety rules while contributing to

• Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience operating a sit-down forklift and related equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude for machine adjustments to meet standards.
• Ability to maintain accurate production records.

Responsibilities

• Operate Retail Line #2 case wrapper, priority de-palletizer, and Columbia palletizer.
• Assist with line size changeovers and production adjustments.
• Support Production team to improve plant performance.
