Job summary

TreeHouse Foods, Inc. is seeking a Flex Line Packaging Operator to support production on the 2nd shift (3:00 pm–11:30 pm, Monday–Friday with some Saturdays).

This full-time role operates packaging equipment, performs hand-packing and case-stacking, and rotates between stations to ensure product quality, safety, and efficiency. You will set up and adjust equipment, monitor process data and recipes, maintain a clean, organized work area, follow GMP and SQF policies, and lift up to 50 lbs as

Qualifications

• Basic literacy and ability to read & write.
• Basic Math skills are required.
• Proficiency in data collection and production reporting.
• Ability to lift in excess of 50 lbs and stand/walk through shift.
• Comfort with rotating packaging stations and following safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and adjust packaging equipment and perform hand-packing and case-stacking.
• Prepare and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Monitor production data, control points, and recipes; make adjustments as needed.
• Scale and load ingredients into mixers and manage scrap dough as required.
• Follow GMP, SQF, 5S, and Safety policies and procedures; lift up to 50+ lbs.
• Maintain accurate production records and dough process orders.
