Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Retail II Label Operator at our Wayland, MI facility. You will operate packaging machinery, assist with powder, cap, bottle changes, and apply labels and codes to containers while supporting production initiatives.

The role requires experience with labeling equipment, forklift operation, and dedication to food safety. Shift is 2nd with 4pm–12am, Thursday through Monday, with differential for later shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience reading instructions and following process documents.
• Experience with operating a sit-down forklift.
• Willingness to overtime and weekends.
• Commitment to food safety and quality policies.

Responsibilities

• Adjust Fuji labeler and other packaging equipment as needed.
• Maintain production rates for labeler and machinery.
• Maintain accurate production records and samples.
• Maintain quality standards for packaging, coding, and labeling.
• Comply with GMPs, SOPs, HACCP, LOTO and Bay Valley Foods policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
