Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Retail II Label Operator in Wayland, MI, to run the labeler and related packaging equipment on the 2nd shift (4pm–12am) with shift differential. You will support the production team, perform changeovers, and ensure accurate labeling on various container sizes in a fast-paced plant environment.

The role requires following instructions, forklift experience, and a commitment to quality and food safety.

Qualifications

• Must follow process documents and communicate clearly in writing and speech.
• Experience operating a sit-down forklift in a manufacturing setting.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging machinery and assist the Filler Operator with label application.
• Perform size changes, adjustments, and maintain production rates.
• Keep accurate production records and uphold quality standards.
• Adhere to GMP, SOP, HACCP, LOTO and company policies.
