Job summary

Entergy is seeking a Line Superintendent to oversee distribution line operations, stockroom management, and storm response coordination in the Beaumont, TX area. You will lead multiple teams, allocate resources, and ensure reliability programs meet customer commitments.

Strong leadership, planning, and safety compliance are essential for this role. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 7–10 years of related experience, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Distribution line construction, operations and maintenance knowledge.
• Strong leadership, negotiations and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of safety rules, practices and procedures.
• Computer skills with a working knowledge of Distribution Applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of multiple Foreman/Coordinators and Supervisors to meet customer commitments.
• Manages local storeroom personnel, materials and inventory and ad hoc Region storeroom.
• Monitors weather conditions and outages; directs restoration workers during events.
• Plans construction and executes Asset Management Reliability Programs for network.
• Oversees contractors working in the area and coordinates storm response teams.
