Job summary

Qualifications

• Distribution line construction, operations and maintenance knowledge.
• Strong leadership, negotiations and communication skills.
• Knowledge of administering IBEW contracts.
• Knowledge of safety rules, practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of multiple staff to meet customer commitments and reliability initiatives.
• Responsible for local storeroom personnel, materials and inventory management.
• Monitors weather conditions and outages and directs restoration efforts during regular and after hours.
• Plans and executes Asset Management Reliability Programs and Initiatives for network/region.
• Manages underground and Network distribution line contractors in area of responsibility.
• Coordinates assembling of out-of-town storm response teams and Local Storm Boss during a black event.
