Job summary

Entergy Texas, Inc.-GTX is seeking a Line Supervisor to supervise, coordinate, and assist in construction and repair of both overhead and underground distribution. You will respond to customer issues, provide leadership and training, champion safety, and work to meet network goals.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure, with 50% to 75% travel.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 8 years of line experience or equivalent.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work safely and follow Entergy safety policies.
Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
Must have a valid Class A CDL.

Responsibilities

Supervise, coordinate, and assist in the construction and repair of both overhead and underground distribution.
Respond to and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
Provide leadership and training to line and service personnel.
Champion safe work practices and insure compliance to Company Safety Rules.
Work to insure network goals and objectives are met or exceeded.
Be able to manage all SO/SR/WR's in DIS/DSS.
Organize work and manage multiple task and inputs simultaneously.
