Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide leadership and training to line and service personnel.
• Champion safe work practices and ensure compliance with safety rules.
• Work to ensure network goals and objectives are met or exceeded.
• Organize work and manage multiple tasks and inputs simultaneously.
• Direct construction/repair crews safely and restore electric system efficiently.
• Assist in network operations, storm restorations, and operation of AM/FM; direct contract crews.
• Motivate and influence a diverse, geographically dispersed workforce.
• Cover Line Supervisor duties in their absence.
