Job summary

Entergy Louisiana, LLC is seeking a Supt, Line to supervise the Supercrew Line operations in Baton Rouge. The role ensures coordination of multiple Utility Foremen, workload planning, material readiness and budget alignment to meet reliability programs.

The position requires 7+ years in utilities with leadership experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong safety, communication, and emergency response capabilities for storm events and restoration efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years utility experience with 2+ years of leadership.
• Knowledge of distribution operations and safety practices; ability to manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly performance reviews and coach field crews.
• Approve timesheets and ensure material readiness and budget adherence.
• Supervise multiple Utility Foremen and coordinate storm response teams.
• Ensure compliance, document retention and prepare dashboards.
• Direct field crews during storms and on emergency response operations.
