• Manage all SO/SR/WRs in DIS/DSS when needed.
• Organize work and manage multiple inputs simultaneously.
• Collaborate with others and maintain a positive attitude in challenging conditions.
• Direct construction/repair crews safely with attention to detail.
• Assist in Network operations, storm restorations, and contract crew direction.
• Motivate a diverse, geographically dispersed workforce; lead problem solving.
• Assume Line Supervisor duties temporarily in absence of the supervisor.
