Entergy Louisiana, LLC in Baton Rouge is seeking an experienced Supt, Line to supervise and coordinate multiple Utility Foremen, manage daily network workload, and drive storm readiness and reliability programs. You will oversee budgets, materials, inventory, and safety programs while directing emergency response operations during major events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of utility experience with 2+ years of leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Perform quarterly performance reviews and provide coaching to field employees.
• Review and approve timesheets; manage equipment, materials, and fleet readiness; support storm readiness plans.
• Supervise and coordinate multiple Utility Foremen; oversee storeroom and inventory; coordinate storm response teams.
• Maintain compliance by managing record retention and data accuracy; prepare materials for reporting and meetings.
• Lead safety audits, deliver morning meetings, monitor weather and outages, and direct restoration efforts during storms.
