AEP in the United States seeks a Line Mechanic C to install, maintain, and inspect overhead and underground electrical facilities. The role builds on Line Mechanic D experience and includes working with energized conductors up to 600 volts under supervision as skills progress.

Responsabilités

• Assemble, install, maintain and inspect overhead and underground facilities.
• Test, de-energize, ground URD cable and splice/terminate URD cable.
• Work with test equipment for voltages up to 600 volts under supervision.
• Build equipment mountings and perform switching of energized circuits.
• Direct and supervise other workers as needed.
