Job summary

Frontier Airlines is seeking a Supervisor — Line Maintenance to oversee shift-level aircraft maintenance at the Dallas station. You will set priorities, direct work, monitor status and coordinate across departments to ensure safe, on-schedule operations.

You will lead maintenance personnel, ensure training and compliance, and maintain records while adhering to safety programs and company policies. Join a critical role at Frontier’s maintenance hub.

Qualifications

• FAA-certificated Mechanic with Airframe and Powerplant ratings.
• Three years of line maintenance experience.
• Previous supervisory, lead, or workforce-direction experience.
• Excellent knowledge of maintenance policies and procedures.
• Ability to prioritize in a demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Set shift work priorities to ensure safe, high-quality aircraft operations.
• Supervise maintenance performed on company/contract aircraft.
• Provide timely updates on aircraft status and maintenance records.
• Ensure compliance with manuals, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Audit maintenance records for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Control, Planning and other teams.
