Frontier Airlines, Inc. in Cleveland, OH is hiring a Manager of Line Maintenance to lead shift-level activities, oversee maintenance production, and coordinate with operations to return aircraft to service safely and on schedule.

You will supervise technicians, manage staffing, ensure compliance with maintenance manuals and CFRs, and partner with Maintenance Control and Planning to meet daily operational needs.

Qualifications

• FAA-certificated Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic rating/license is required.
• 10+ years of aircraft line maintenance experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in aircraft line maintenance.
• Experience managing a Line Maintenance Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program.
• Ability to plan, organize and administer workloads across subordinate teams.
• Working knowledge of Part 121 Federal Aviation Regulations.

Responsabilités

• Provide shift-level management, operational control, oversight and procedural guidance for line maintenance activities.
• Develop maintenance plans and prioritize work to support safe and timely aircraft return to service.
• Ensure shift-level compliance with Frontier maintenance manuals, company policies and applicable CFRs.
• Maintain accurate, timely communication with Maintenance Control and Maintenance Planning to support completion of scheduled maintenance.
• Coordinate with other departments and organizations to support safety, compliance and operational performance.
• Escalate issues or conflicts that may affect daily operational objectives.

Ten years of aircraft line maintenance

Five years of supervisory experience

Experience managing an L Maintenance C

Plan, organize workloads

Knowledge of Part 121 CFRs

Formation

FAA-certificated Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic rating and license

Bachelor’s degree in management, engineering or equivalent
