Job summary

Frontier Airlines in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Supervisor — Line Maintenance to oversee shift-level aircraft maintenance and ensure safe, on-time operations. You will set priorities, direct maintenance personnel, monitor aircraft status and ensure compliance with manuals, procedures and regulatory requirements.

The role includes leading without formal reports and occasional graveyard shifts. A FAA-certificated mechanic with A&P ratings and at least three years of line maintenance and supervisory

Qualifications

• FAA-certificated mechanic with Airframe and Powerplant ratings.
• Minimum three years of line maintenance experience.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of maintenance policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set work priorities for the shift and monitor maintenance activity to support safe, high-quality aircraft operations.
• Supervise maintenance performed by Frontier personnel on company and contract aircraft.
• Provide timely updates on aircraft status and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Lead and motivate maintenance personnel across assigned shifts.
• Identify opportunities to improve maintenance operations and report to management.
