Job summary

Qualifications

• FAA-certificated Mechanic with Airframe and Powerplant ratings is required.
• Three years of line maintenance experience.
• Previous supervisory/leadership experience beneficial.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with standard computer/administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Set work priorities for the shift and monitor maintenance activity.
• Supervise maintenance performed on company/contract aircraft.
• Provide updates on aircraft status and maintenance records.
• Ensure compliance with manuals, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Take action to remove inoperative equipment and coordinate repairs.
• Lead and motivate maintenance personnel and manage workloads.
