Job summary

Frontier Airlines is seeking a maintenance supervisor to oversee line maintenance operations and supervise staff at our Phoenix facility. You will coordinate safety management activities, identify hazards, and ensure compliance with high standards of quality and safety.

Qualified candidates will hold an FAA-certified Airframe and Powerplant license with at least three years of line maintenance experience and prior supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• FAA-certificated mechanic with Airframe and Powerplant ratings.
• Requires 3 years previous line maintenance experience.
• Previous supervisory, lead or directing workforce experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee line maintenance operations and supervise line maintenance personnel.
• Coordinate the development, implementation, maintenance, and integration of the SMS throughout Frontier.
• Identify hazards and safety risk assessments including change management.
• Monitor maintenance activities to ensure performance levels meet quality and safety standards.
• Review and evaluate maintenance performance and administer corrective action when necessary.
