Job summary

Frontier Airlines, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor — Line Maintenance for our Cleveland, OH station.

You’ll provide shift-level oversight for aircraft maintenance activities, set priorities, direct the work of maintenance personnel and coordinate with Maintenance Control, Planning and other teams to keep operations safe and on schedule. This full-time role requires an FAA-certificated Mechanic with Airframe and Powerplant ratings, and several years of line maintenance and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• FAA certificated mechanics with A&P ratings.
• Minimum three years of line maintenance experience.
• Experience supervising or leading maintenance staff.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance policies and procedures.
• Ability to prioritize in a demanding environment.
• Ability to communicate calmly and professionally.
• Ability to lead and motivate maintenance personnel.
• Strong general computer and admin skills.

Responsibilities

• Set shift work priorities to support safe, high-quality aircraft operations.
• Supervise maintenance performed on company and contract aircraft.
• Provide timely updates on aircraft status.
• Ensure maintenance activities follow manuals, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Audit maintenance records for accuracy and completeness.
• Manage tools and equipment safety and audits.
• Support SMS activities and safety risk assessments.
