Carvana in Tolleson, AZ seeks a Line Lead to supervise hourly associates in the Inspection Center, ensuring daily production targets and quality standards are met. You will lead safety-minded workflows and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

You will coach, develop, and manage the team, delegating tasks, resolving conflicts, and upholding Carvana values while maintaining high quality and throughput across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience with computers.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Understanding of reconditioning processes and lean principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars into/out of the Inspection Center to meet production and quality goals.
• Meet inventory production goals daily, weekly, monthly.
• Oversee day-to-day team activities; identify strengths/weaknesses; drive improvements.
• Coach and develop team; provide feedback and demonstrate skills.
• Foster a positive environment aligned with Carvana values; ensure clear communication.
