Job summary

You will drive line efficiency, monitor hourly production status, and serve as the communication link between operators and management, guiding operators to develop skills and achieve daily standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to present information clearly to managers, clients, customers, and the public.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Strong PC skills and familiarity with Windows-based software and Jabil packages.
• Experience with Jabil software and data tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Manufacturing Supervisor in line management to optimize machine utilization and efficiency with minimal downtime.
• Flag high fallout to the Manufacturing Supervisor.
• Meet daily production standards as set by the supervisor.
• Identify and develop operators for better throughput, quality and efficiency.
• Guide/operators in required skills and provide on-the-job coaching.
• Monitor hourly production status and CIQ system adherence on the line.
• Serve as a communication link between operators and management.
