Job summary

Sharp Decisions is seeking a Line Support Technician to provide on-site Tier I support for production line applications and devices in Anna, OH. The role requires working on a B-shift schedule (2:30pm–11pm; Fri till 12am) with on-site presence four days per week. W2 employment and on-site work are required.

You will assist plant floor users, troubleshoot end-user devices, and participate in technology upgrades and monitoring of Tier 1 systems to maintain production continuity.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows 7/10, Active Directory, LAN/Networking.
• Experience using MS Office and ticketing applications.
• Experience executing processes on an AIX/UNIX environment.
• Experience managing 2nd/3rd level support calls (Tier 1/2).
• Demonstrated hardware troubleshooting for printers, scanners, desktops/laptops.

Responsibilities

• Plant floor support for Tier 1 computer systems and end-user devices.
• Interact with plant floor users to understand production line processes.
• Support technology upgrades and Tier 1 system implementations.
• Review and react to monitoring systems for Tier 1 computer systems.
