P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Line Cooks, Wok Cooks, Cooks, Chef De Parties, or Station Chefs in New York. No prior experience is required as training is provided.

You’ll prepare items per recipes, maintain kitchen standards, and support the team in a fast-paced environment. Benefits include competitive pay, flexible scheduling, discounted meals, and opportunities for advancement. Must be 18+ and able to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Food Handler’s Card (where required)
• Love for cooking and attention to weights, measurements, and volumes
• Ability to learn menu and recipes
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced kitchen

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications
• Plate prepared foods according to chef’s guidance
• Setup, operate, break down, and clean kitchen equipment
• Assist with washing dishes, cleaning and maintaining areas as needed
• Uphold high sanitation and food safety standards
