P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time hourly Line Cooks, Wok Cooks, Cooks, Chef De Parties, or Station Chefs. You will prepare and cook foods according to recipes, follow safety guidelines, and contribute to a high-energy kitchen environment.

No prior experience is required as on-the-job training is provided; you must be 18+. We offer flexible shifts, meal discounts, and opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• No previous restaurant experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Food Handler’s Card where applicable; we will help you obtain.
• Ability to learn restaurant menu and recipes; knowledge of weights, measurements and volumes.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts; ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications.
• Plate prepared foods based on chef’s guidance.
• Setup, operation, break down, and cleaning of all kitchen equipment.
• May assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning and maintaining equipment, sanitizing utensils.
• Uphold high restaurant kitchen sanitation and food service safety standards.
