Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time hourly Line Cooks, Wok Cooks, Cooks, Chef De Parties, or Station Chefs. This role focuses on preparing and cooking items per established recipes while adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.

No prior experience is required as on-the-job training is provided; a Food Handler’s Card may be required, or assistance to obtain one. The team benefits from flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Food Handler's Card where applicable, or assistance to obtain.
• Ability to learn restaurant menu and recipes, weights and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications.
• Plate prepared foods according to chef’s guidance.
• Responsible for setup, operation, break down, and cleaning of kitchen equipment.
• Assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning and maintaining equipment, sanitizing utensils.
• Uphold high kitchen sanitation and food safety standards.
