Bayshore Club, part of Grove Bay Hospitality Group, is seeking a hands-on BOH line cook for our waterfront Coconut Grove location. You will prepare menu items and execute plating per recipes while maintaining kitchen cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate.
• Culinary college degree.
• 0–2 years experience as a line cook at a 4/5-star restaurant.
• Food handling certificate.
• Ability to communicate in English with guests, co-workers and management.
• Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
• Clear and legible communication.
• Sanitation certificate preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Open/close station according to recipes and standards.
• Coordinate with Sous Chef and kitchen staff to meet daily specials and production needs.
• Assist with inventories and ensure proper stocking.
