Qualifications

• Previous kitchen, restaurant, or food-preparation experience is helpful.
• Ability to follow recipes, station procedures, and food-safety practices.
• Ability to learn in a fast-paced kitchen and communicate with the team.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended service periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and menu items according to recipes, presentation standards, and portion guidelines.
• Support prep, stocking, labeling, and organization before and during service.
• Work with the kitchen team to keep orders accurate and moving at a steady pace.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations throughout each shift.
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, and workplace procedures at all times.
• Support other stations and teammates as needed for smooth kitchen operations.
