Qualifications

• 3 years of line cook experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Proficient with grills, fryers and sauté stations; seafood handling experience valued.
• Ability to stay calm and organized under heavy rushes.
• Full-time availability including weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock your station with prep items before service.
• Cook menu items including Gulf seafood, house specials, sandwiches, and salads to order.
• Maintain fast pace to keep ticket times low during busy lunch and dinner rushes.
• Adhere to food safety, temperature logs, labeling, and cross-contamination prevention.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff for quality and accuracy.
• Clean and restock stations at shift end to maintain kitchen cleanliness.
