Job summary

Cooper's Hawk is seeking a Line Cook for Piccolo Buco to ensure quality and timely preparation across pantry, fry, grill, broil and sauté stations. You will follow recipes, manage portions, and maintain station readiness to deliver a standout dining experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months line cook experience in upscale casual dining or equivalent
• Team-based environment experience
• Basic knife skills and safe handling procedures
• Ability to follow recipes and presentation standards
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Clear communication with guests and team members

Responsibilities

• Prepare assigned recipes to specifications across pantry, fry, grill, broil and sauté stations
• Set up station per SOPs and manage cook times using KDS system
• Restock items and maintain sanitation and organization
• Maintain equipment and clean as required
• Communicate effectively with Managers and Team Members
• Follow opening/mid-shift/closing checklists and procedures
