Cooper’s Hawk is hiring a Line Cook to prepare and execute dishes across pantry, fry, grill, broil and sauté stations, ensuring quality and presentation per specifications.

Qualifications

• Must represent Cooper’s Hawk values.
• Minimum of 6 months line cook experience in upscale casual dining or equivalent.
• Team-based environment experience.
• Basic knowledge of professional cooking and knife skills.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare assigned recipes to specification.
• Follow recipes and portion control per standards.
• Set up station according to specs.
• Restock items throughout shift.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitation of kitchen and storage areas.
• Maintain kitchen equipment in good condition.
• Communicate clearly with Managers and Team Members.
• Follow SOPs for opening, mid-shift, or closing.
