Job summary

Noble House Hotels & Resorts’ Café Marquesa in Old Town Key West seeks a Line Cook to join our award-winning restaurant team. You will prepare and plate dishes following our recipes and plating standards, and support a fine dining service with attention to detail.

You will work closely with the Café Marquesa team to maintain kitchen cleanliness, proper food handling, and timely execution of daily menus, including our six-course tasting option.

Qualifications

Providing quality food prep and production services in accordance with standards and plating guidelines.
Setting up a workstation with the necessary tools, equipment, and supplies.
Maintain and strictly adhere to sanitation and health regulations.
Prepare and produce items needed for the day by starting prep work.
Follow recipe and yield guidelines when preparing all dishes.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items to specific recipes.
Set up and stock station with ingredients and supplies.
Maintain sanitation and health regulations.
Ensure all food items are wrapped, labeled and stored properly.
Assist in closing procedures and kitchen clean-up.
