• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Food handler permit required; ServSafe beneficial.
• Experience in food service and cooking in healthcare or senior living preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook foods for residents per standardized recipes.
• Plate meals with attention to appearance and garnish.
• Maintain sanitation and safety per regulations and standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment and manage production for dietary needs.
• Attend allergy and foodborne illness training and document temps.
