This role supports breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special catering needs. We value experience in a healthcare kitchen, the ability to read orders, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Required Degree: High school diploma.
• Current Food Handler’s Permit is required.
• Training in Servsafe is beneficial.
• State sanitation certificate required.
• Experience: 3–4 years of related cooking experience.
• Intermediate to advanced knife experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and cooks to order foods for breakfast, lunch, dinner and events.
• Reads orders, follows recipes, and uses kitchen equipment safely.
• Plate food with attention to appearance and garnish.
• Maintain sanitation standards and safety guidelines at all times.
• Assist with inventory, prep sheets, and portion control.
• Provide high-quality service to residents and staff.
