Covenant Living Communities & Services, Inc. is seeking a Line Cook to accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold items for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special Events in a Senior Living healthcare setting.

You will follow standardized recipes, maintain high sanitation standards, and work with kitchen equipment to prepare meals for residents with attention to nutrition, safety, and appearance, including special diets and allergy considerations.

Competenze

• High school diploma required.
• Current Food Handler’s Permit required.
• ServSafe training beneficial.
• State sanitation certificate preferred.
• 3-4 years of related and advanced food service experience.

Mansioni

• Prepare and cook foods for breakfast, lunch, dinner and events.
• Follow recipes and product directions; portion and plate foods with garnishes.
• Maintain sanitation and safety in accordance with standards and regulations.
• Read orders, operate kitchen equipment, and manage inventory as needed.
