Responsibilities

• Manage assigned cooking station(s), including grill, sauté, fry, or prep stations, to maintain efficiency and high-quality output during service.
• Monitor food quality and presentation standards, adjusting as necessary to meet restaurant specifications.
• Ensure the kitchen area is kept clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with inventory control, food storage, and waste management processes; report supply needs to the kitchen manager.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate food preparation and timing, ensuring timely service to diners.
• Accurately follow recipes and portion guidelines to maintain flavor and cost consistency.
• Be flexible and adapt to changes in the menu or kitchen operations as needed.
