Job summary

North Ranch Country Club in Westlake Village is seeking a skilled Line Cook who takes pride in quality and consistency. This non-exempt, full-time role focuses on preparing a variety of items to menu standards and coordinating with the kitchen team.

You will work primarily Tue, Wed, and Fri-Sun, stand for long periods, and adhere to the club's health and safety guidelines while delivering high-quality plates and timely service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of two years of kitchen preparation and cooking experience.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare items according to standard recipes.
• Set up, maintain, and break down the prep cook station.
• Coordinate and time orders with other kitchen operations.
• Notify Sous Chef of shortages.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by Sous Chef.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work areas.
