Job summary

Hideaway Golf Club in La Quinta, CA seeks a Line Cook to prepare, cook, and plate items to the club's standards. You will support kitchen operations under the Executive Chef and Lead Line Cook, maintaining station readiness and high food quality for Members and Guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of culinary experience in private clubs, luxury resorts, hotels, or upscale restaurants preferred.
• Line cook experience preferred.
• High-volume culinary experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, plate, and expedite food according to recipes and standards.
• Keep stations stocked, organized, and ready before service.
• Monitor quality, presentation, and portion control during service.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations throughout shifts.
• Assist with opening/closing kitchen procedures and banquet events.
• Communicate concerns to Culinary Leadership and assist with training teammates.
