Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Food safety and alcohol certifications will be required within 30 days of employment.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Available to work weekends.
• Available to work at least 3 mornings per week is a plus.

Responsibilities

• BOH tasks include sauté, fry station, biscuit build, prep, dishwasher, and biscuit maker.
• Execute food preparation tasks following established recipes and guidelines.
• Ensure portion control and consistency, mitigate waste.
• Operate cooking equipment with precision.
• Prepare and assemble orders per standards.
• Monitor food temperatures and ensure proper cooking.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
• Store and label food items to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
• Assist in inventory management and notify shortages.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Report maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Coordinate with front-of-house for order timing.
