Job summary

Vicious Biscuit is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to join our fast‑casual breakfast spot. You will rotate across back‑of‑house stations—sauté, fry, biscuit build, prep, and dishwashing—ensuring top quality and smooth operations.

We offer morning shifts with no nights, competitive $16–$19/hour pay, health/dental/vision coverage, flexible scheduling, paid training, and room to grow as we expand. Eligible to work in the U.S. and training within 30 days help you start strong.

Qualifications

• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Available to work weekends.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Food safety and alcohol certifications within 30 days of hire (holding either at hire is a plus).
• Basic cooking knowledge and food safety awareness a plus — not required.

Responsibilities

• Prep and cook food to recipe, with consistent portioning and quality.
• Operate cooking equipment safely and monitor food temps.
• Plate and assemble orders to our presentation standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and waste-handling procedures.
• Communicate with the front-of-house team to keep service flowing.
