Job summary

Vicious Biscuit is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to rotate across back-of-house stations including sauté, fry, biscuit build, prep, and dishwashing. You will help ensure food quality and keep the kitchen running smoothly.

The role offers a morning shift with no nights, competitive $16–$19/hour pay, and benefits like health/dental/vision. Growth opportunities and travel may come as the company expands. Training is provided in a fast‑casual breakfast setting.

Qualifications

• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Available to work weekends.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Food safety and alcohol certifications within 30 days of hire are a plus.
• Basic cooking knowledge and food safety awareness is a plus — not required.

Responsibilities

• Prep and cook food to recipe, with consistent portioning and quality.
• Operate cooking equipment safely and monitor food temps.
• Plate and assemble orders to our presentation standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and waste-handling procedures.
• Communicate with the front-of-house team to keep service flowing.
