• Ensure kitchen safety and health standards meet regulations.
• Maintain hygiene and professional appearance at all times.
• Apply basic cooking techniques: braising, sautéing, roasting, grilling,Recipes, portions, and other required methods.
• Maintain proper knife handling and safety practices.
• Assist with catering and food & beverage events as needed.
• Support daily prep and kitchen setup to ensure service efficiency.
• Maintain energy and passion during service hours.
• Demonstrate strong inventory and production planning.
