Job summary

Main Event in Taylor, MI is seeking a Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You will prep and cook menu items, follow recipes, and work with the Service Team to ensure guests receive timely meals.

The role emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and adherence to health regulations while maintaining well-stocked stations. We require at least 6 months of Line Cook/Prep Cook experience, 18+ years old, and a Food Handlers Certification.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Line Cook/Prep Cook experience.
• 18+ years old with Food Handlers Certification as required.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain standards.
• Good communication with Management, Team Members and Guests.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Prep and cook menu items per recipes and standards.
• Collaborate with Service Team to ensure timely delivery.
• Follow all health department procedures and safety rules.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
